• NASA is seeking a Program Schedule Analyst/Integrator at Kennedy Space Center, Florida.
Candidate will serve as a Program Schedule Analyst/Integrator supporting the NASA LX Program Planning and Control (PP&C) office. Candidate will be responsible for supporting the LX Schedule Manager in a Program environment for the GSDO Program. Duties include development of schedule products, data evaluation and verification, and schedule analysis and integration. Duties will include performing schedule risk assessments, analysis of actuals versus baseline, schedule performance analysis, evaluation of schedule progress against the plan, and critical path analysis.
Responsibilities include interfacing with the NASA customer at the program and project levels. Provide advice and scheduling expertise to technical systems experts in developing and administering scheduling requirements. Applies expertise in Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Milestones Professional scheduling tools to track, analyze, forecast, and present complex schedule management data. Candidate will perform complex tasks, requiring expertise and judgment to accomplish goals. May lead or direct the efforts of others.
Must be able to run schedule health checks using Acumen Fuse 360, NASA STAT, GAO Schedule Assessment tools, and provide/communicate clear recommendations to management and the schedule team on the findings and the reasons why the changes should be made. Have a working knowledge of NASA risk management procedures and provide schedule support for development of the Joint Confidence Level (JCL) requirement. This individual provides subject matter expertise to the scheduling team, and helps defend the Program to outside auditors.
Work may also include schedule/prediction analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), and project forecasting. Duties will involve working with and analyzing complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
