August Source Now Available
The August Source magazine is now available here.Read the first President’s Message by AACE President John C. Livengood, CCP CFCC PSP. In his message he discusses, “an exciting and crucial point in AACE history.”
Read about plagiarism issues in the bi-monthly Certification Corner. Read two short articles from the Technical Board, one on Managing Project Change Orders and the other on Performance Assessment Reporting. Also featured is a bonus technical article by Dr. Tong Zhao, PE PSP and Mark Dungan titled, “Determining the Measured Mile for Lost Productivity Claims.” Note that abstracts are being accepted for the 2017 AACE Annual Meeting. Submit these prior to the Aug. 31 deadline.
Take a look at the 2016 Annual Meeting award winners. Outstanding Regional Director Chris Caddell, PE CCP DRMP, is also the Meet the Board Profile honoree in this issue. The awards list also includes all of the Section recognition awards. Mariapilar Fuenmayor is the Women in Project Controls Spotlight honoree and Yemi Ibiyemi is the Young Professional honoree.
